It is wrapped in bubble wrap, styrofoam and in standardized packaging. It is accompanied by insurance/fragile/ and an option for inspection upon receipt.
Custom products are those that are created according to your wishes, different from those offered in the store. There is no cash on delivery charge for such products. Such orders are not subject to exchange and cannot be canceled. They can only be replaced in case of a damaged product received. So choose carefully or consult an interior designer.
Before your painting is sent, we will share photos and videos that will allow you to make sure that it perfectly matches your vision. We will send it after we receive your approval, because your satisfaction is our greatest masterpiece.
